NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. Indemity By using this Site and/or by placing an order with us, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold MacStyles.com harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses in any action by any third party based on a claim that you infringed such third parties property rights.

Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, MacStyles.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MacStyles.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MacStyles.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return Policy MacStyles.com designs and produces all of our products according to the information supplied during checkout by the customer. MacStyles.com is not responsible for any error made by the customer (i.e. spelling or typographical errors). All items purchased are custom made and unique based on the customers selections and are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Due to the unique nature of the printing process the exact color and design displayed on the website may not be printed on the final product. MacStyles reserves the right to change the composition of any selected device and design to insure a quality product. This involves cropping, stretching, or skewing the design image to optimize the overall layout.
MacStyles.com will replace, only for those items which are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a representative of MacStyles.com. All items are checked for defects and completeness prior to shipping but sometimes we make a mistake. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to let us know about any defects and/or shortages. If you do not contact us within that time period, your order will be considered complete and to your satisfaction. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges after 30 days.
