What are your return and exchange policies?
MacStyles produces all of its products according to the information supplied during checkout by the customer. Before processing your order, please double check that you have selected the correct computer model, color and design style.
Wrong Item Shipped Damaged During Shipping: We make every attempt to check and double check the accuracy of orders before shipping. If you received the incorrect item or your order was somehow damaged during shipping we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please visit our Contact Page, select "Product Issue" and submit details, including photos of your order. If the information and photos are sufficient, we will send you a replacement next business day, free of charge. If we need further clarification we will contact you via provided phone or email.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different style or color, please visit our Contact Page, select "Product Issue" and submit reason for return (e.g. would like different style/color). You will receive a Return Authorization # within 48 business hours. You may then return the unused original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price, minus shipping, once we receive the item). Once return authorization is issued you may proceed to place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Damages During Application: If you have any trouble with the application process and your MacStyle or MacPad becomes unusable, we will gladly replace it. Damage replacements are restricted to the same color and design as the original order. To initiate the replacement procedure, please visit our Contact Page. Be sure to select "Product Issue" as the subject of the email. Please also include a brief description as well as a clear photo of the applied product. If you are unable to obtain a photo you will be required to return the damaged product. If the information and photos are sufficient, we will send you a replacement next business day, free of charge. If we need further clarification we will contact you via provided phone or email.
